I went to Unique LA this weekend and while I saw lots of really great locally designed products this designer's work stood out more than any of the others. L. Makai and her Commuter Collection of jewelry.
Even though I'm lucky not to have a commute anymore and get to ride my bike and take the train more than use a car, I think this is a fun way for those of us here in LA who have a daily commute to wear it as a badge of honor.
Oh and for all the New Yorker's out there she has an officially licensed MTA collection too.
