I have been away from my neglected blog for a while because lots of exciting things have been happening. I helped plan the SoCal Bench Project and it was so much fun and a great learning experience. The event featured around 30 vendors selling their handmade products. We were able to get a local charity involved,
New Directions Inc. They are a fantastic organization that helps homeless and in need veterans get food, medical, job training and more! We raised close to $2,000 for this wonderful charity.
